CHARACTERISTICS:

Flour from cold-pressed grape seeds.
Store in a dry and ventilated place.
Ignition time approx. 30 minutes.
Embers duration approx. 3 hours.

ANALYSIS:

Moisture 10%.
Ash content on dry basis 3.6%.
Higher calorific value 6.1 kWh/kg.

HOW TO USE IT:

Light the kindling wood or firelighter.
Place the pucks on the live fire.
Wait for the flames to go out.
Start cooking.

How to use:

Place a few briquettes on a live fire in the evening, and its slow combustion will keep the room warm throughout the night.

Documentation: Every order is accompanied by a sales document. You can request an invoice or a tax receipt within 3 months of purchase.

What to do upon delivery?

When the package arrives, please immediately check that:

The number of packages is correct.
The packaging is intact (not wet or damaged).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you notice any damage, please immediately write "RISERVA DI CONTROLLO SCRITTA" (Written Reserve for Check) on the courier's delivery slip. Without this note, we will not be able to accept claims for external damage to the package once signed.

Storage (Giacenza)

If the courier is unable to deliver, the package will remain in the warehouse for 5 business days. If it is not collected within this period, the order will be canceled.
