• Costs: Shipping is completely Free for the customer and will not incur any additional costs at checkout.

• Documentation: Every order is accompanied by a sales document. You can request an invoice or a tax receipt within 3 months of purchase.

• Liability: We do our utmost to be fast, but we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier or order processing.

What to do upon delivery?

When the package arrives, please immediately check that:

1. The number of packages is correct.

2. The packaging is intact (not wet or damaged).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you notice any damage, please immediately write "RISERVA DI CONTROLLO SCRITTA" (Written Reserve for Check) on the courier's delivery slip. Without this note, we will not be able to accept claims for external damage to the package once signed.

Storage (Giacenza)

If the courier is unable to deliver, the package will remain in the warehouse for 5 business days. If it is not collected within this period, the order will be canceled.
